Considering the current situation, SUN secretariat has decided to extend the due dates of the Writing Contest (WRICOS) which original due date was on May 31st, 2020 and the Photo Contest of SUN (PHOCOS) original due date was on May 15th, 2020.
Especially, in order to participate in PHOCOS, students may have to go out to take pictures. As for WRICOS, we have to gather professors and other experts for the evaluation. As you may know, to prevent the spreading of the virus we have to keep a social distance and all social gatherings have been cancelled.
Resolutely, we decided to extend the WRICOS due date to June 30th and the PHOCOS due date to June 15th, 2020.
In addition, as for the winners that receive the Grand Prize award for WRICOS and PHOCOS, the Award Ceremony that is held during the General Assembly will be postponed to 2021. The exact date of the ceremony will be informed during next year.
