The International Gastronomy Tourism Lab 2026 will take place on the Greek island of Kos from 25–31 October 2026. This international field-based learning programme brings together tourism professionals, researchers, entrepreneurs, hospitality practitioners, and postgraduate students to explore how gastronomy, culture, sustainability, and local identity can be transformed into meaningful tourism experiences.
Participants will engage in experiential learning, destination immersion, mentoring sessions, field visits, and collaborative workshops while working alongside peers from around the world.
